Free Trade Agreement, GSP Extension Legislation Approved
October 2011 - The Colombia, Korea and Panama free trade agreement implementation legislation was approved Oct 12th by Congress with President Obama expected to sign the official legislation on October 21st. This legislation also includes reauthorization and extension of GSP through July 31, 2013. Retroactive duty refunds will follow.
