Wayne is the C.E.O. and owner of CV International, Inc. Over the course of more than 36 years, Wayne has worked for ocean carriers, a vessel agency, and a freight forwarder before starting his own company.
Wayne started his career with a small, Norfolk, VA based freight forwarder, eventually moving on to a major vessel agency where he boarded vessels and worked closely with U. S. Customs, Immigration, the U.S. Coast Guard, and other government agencies on regulatory matters.

From CVI's early beginnings as a forwarder, Wayne has overseen the growth and expansion of the company by focusing on results oriented logistics solutions for customers. Under his leadership, the company has diversified from forwarding into customs brokerage, then transportation through its NVOCC and IATA air division, door-to-door cargo management, and eventually into vessel agency services with the acquisition of Capes Shipping.
